On 26th April, La Reserva, the unique restaurant located in our resort, became once again the setting for a very special gastronomic experience: the Red Tuna Ronqueo by the lake.
The event offered a fascinating glimpse into the preparation of one of the most valued products of Mediterranean cuisine, admired for its intense flavour and delicate texture.
